Getting to know Doug…

Doug has over 25 years of professional experience in residential mortgage lending. He is an expert with USDA, FHA, VA, and conventional loans. He graduated from Rutgers University with a BA in Economics.

Having been located in Cape May County, New Jersey for the last 12 years, Doug is also completely fluent in the mortgage nuances related to 2nd homes and condominium financing requirements.

Doug is also active in the community, volunteering time as the Mayor’s designee for the North Wildwood Planning and Zoning Board for the last 5 years. He is the current President of Cape Express Soccer Club, and for the past 10 years he’s been a member of the Anglesea Irish Society.
